You probably won’t need this.

But if you do, we’ve got you.

All 01|04 eyewear is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, you will receive store credit equal to 75% of the original purchase price, issued to your account for a new purchase.

Simple. No stress.

• Scratches on lenses
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or improper care
• Normal wear and tear
